Following the footsteps of Athena

In response to the overwhelming success of the last year’s event, FORESTADENT is once again delighted to invite you to another orthodontic symposium – this time in Greece.

The ancient Greek goddess Athena is known as the patroness of Athens, in addition to being the goddess of arts, wisdom and science. She was revered for her wisdom and teaching skill. It is certainly an advantage to follow in her footsteps and discover the values of the Greek mythology for ones self. Hence it is no coincidence that FORESTADENT has chosen the peninsula of Vouliagmeni, with its close proximity to Athens, for this year’s orthodontic symposium.

Drawing on its traditions of ‘value-added service”, the long-established company in Pforzheim invites you to the 2nd FORESTADENT-Symposium on the 3rd and 4th of October 2008 in Greece. Whether you are interested in molar up-righting, space closure or distalisation – the topics are diverse and promise to be presented in interesting and lively lectures. Once again, top-class speakers from all over the world, including Prof. Dr. Bjorn Zachrisson and Prof. Dr. Athanasios Athanasiou have made themselves available for the scientific program. This is a highlight which should be pre-booked in the calendar.

As a matter of course, not only mind and science are to be challenged in these few days of learning. The unique social program will create a relaxed atmosphere for exchange of knowledge and ideas as favoured by Dionysos. Whether you prefer to attend the gala dinner, golf tournament or the disco night – there is something for everybody.

Vouliagmeni itself is just waiting to be explored and is well worth seeing in its own right. Known for its famous lake with the thermal water spas, an outstanding mild climate and its scenic beauty, the symposium surroundings will fascinate and delight. With the goddess Athena herself lending her spirit to the symposium, nothing can get in the way of the fostering of new ideas and successes.
