Forestadent’s Graduate Pricing Program allows you to place a start-up order and defer the balance depending on the size of the order. After this deferment period is over, you are then able to pay your balance with convenient monthly payments interest free.
A signed agreement acknowledging and accepting the specific terms of the account is required before any product is sent. This agreement must be signed by the sales representative and sent to Forestadent USA to be kept on file with the Accounts Receivable department.

• Orders $3,000.00-$5,000.00 will receive no deferral and 6 equal monthly payments, no interest.

• Orders $5,001.00-$11,999.00 will receive 6 months deferral and 12 equal monthly payments, no interest.

• Orders $12,000.00-$35,000.00 will receive 6 months deferral and 18 equal monthly payments, no interest.

To be eligible for financing, graduate must purchase bands and brackets from Forestadent USA.
