Payment process - No confirmation email received

If you haven't received a confirmation email after purchasing, please make sure you have completed the checkout process. After selecting your payment method, you will receive an order overview that you have to confirm at the end of the page. For more information, see the manual "Buy a new course" (see page 10-12).

Voucher - The voucher code "(...)" is not valid

If you see this error message, please make sure you are logged in.

  • Check that the voucher is still valid and qualified for this product.
  • Please check the code you entered.
  • To be on the safe side, copy and paste the code from the digital voucher.
